Harold is one of the founding partners of LOCAL and has extensive knowledge in setting up and managing complex international structures.

He has worked for many years as an international tax advisor for Baker & McKenzie, Ernst & Young and HLB where he advised clients on international tax structures. He has extended his knowledge while working for corporate services providers where he held management positions and was responsible for all tax related matters and products.

Harold obtained a Master's degree in Tax Law from the University of Tilburg and a degree in Tax Economics from the HES Amsterdam School of Business.

Harold enjoys playing golf, going for a run and to have a good time with friends and family. He is married and has 2 sons.
